Day Four – Developing Other Leaders

Day Five – Strategic Influence and Culture Shaping
Connects individual leadership behavior to organizational outcomes, emphasizing vision setting, values alignment, and shaping culture through consistent actions.
Day Six – Sustaining Leadership Excellence
Encourages reflection and renewal. Participants identify ongoing development practices, peer accountability structures, and strategies to maintain focus, energy, and integrity over time.
Each workshop includes a pre-meeting with organizational leadership to tailor the content to your context, initial and post-training assessments to measure growth, one-on-one coaching sessions with participants to integrate learning into action plans, and a leadership debrief to align insights with broader strategic goals.
