Ideal Client:

Mid to late-career executive or leader making the tough decisions involved in running a company, division or department looking for an outside voice, help in identifying opportunities for growth, and a tool for accountability.

Program Engagement

Initial Intake Meeting

An initial 2-3-hour meeting to determine goals of the engagement and to get to know each other

Assessments

A battery of assessments that may include IDI, interviews with team members, organizational assessments, individual skills assessments, and more

Assessments Results Meeting

A 1-2-hour meeting to discuss results of the assessment and plan to respond to results

Coaching Sessions

Monthly meetings as needed (typically 1-hour several times a month) to check on progress, problem solve and determine next steps.

Debrief Session

A 2-3 hour debrief meeting to assess accomplishments and determine next steps.
